Clean hotel, and the stuff where pretty friendly and accommodating, location was favourable close to the main attractions in Playa del Carmen. Big and unique rooms with mini fridge as well as patio, had a really amazing experience. I enjoyed the breakfast, the food was outstanding. The team provided a friendly service. It was a lovely property, I would love to return.

The hotel was clean, staff was fantastic. Its location not too far from a handicraft museum was marvellous and amazing! Btw, went to city center, located a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

We received two free cocktails upon arrival and complimentary breakfast during our stay. The hotel is situated in a great location, close to all the action but still away from the noise. The room was well-equipped and comfortable.

We were disappointed when our room was not as advertised, facing a noisy street instead of a garden courtyard. the bar and rooftop terrace were not operational, making it feel like we were missing out on some of the amenities advertised by the hotel.

I had a fantastic time staying at this venue. It is right on the beach, which was so convenient! The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. I also liked that my room had a sitting area and a patio. The staff here were great too! They were always available to help me with anything I needed. The restaurant and bar area were also very nice, and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the free Wi-Fi.

The location of Morgana was perfect for exploring the city. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the free breakfast and clean water provided. One highlight of my stay was the amazing service I received from the front desk to the restaurant, making me feel valued as a guest. The housekeeping was exceptional, and I appreciated the daily treats left in my room. The comfortable bed and great bathroom with purified water added to the overall enjoyable experience. I also received a free upgrade to a better room, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's convenient location, away from the noisy part of the city but still within walking distance, was a plus.
